Description: This building is a nineteenth-century period apartment block dominated with ornate Spanish Mission-style balconies. The long balconies are distinguished by the intricate wrought-ironwork and exquisite woodwork crafts. It is currently a dilapidated building in Valletta. The artist has painted it as a restored building, back to its original splendour.
